You lead a team of consultants, manage the client and own project quality. Requires at least one previous cycle.
You run an area of the branch: consulting, training, marketing, partnerships, people or finance.
Week 0
Online form and CV.
Weeks 1–2
Interview and case study.
Week 3
Intensive welcome training.
Weeks 4–17
Work with the client and mentor.
Week 18
Delivery to the client organisation.
The process is the same for both. No prior consulting experience required: we look for analytical ability, curiosity and commitment.

No. The best teams mix profiles: engineering, law, sciences, humanities, design… We look for a way of thinking, not a degree.
Between 6 and 8 hours a week as a consultant, compatible with classes. Meetings are usually in the afternoon.
No. Taking part is free.
Yes, as long as you can commit for the whole cycle. Many meetings can be held remotely.
Yes, a 180 Degrees Consulting certificate and, at some universities, credit recognition.
